Continuous Brain Dump
What it do, I tend to write my Brain Dumps either cellphone’s note app or, whichever notebook is closest, or my tiled floor. Now I can have it in one spot…..
First things first,
What is a Brain Dump?
In my words:
A space where you can take all the cloudy thoughts in your mind and put it in a 3rd, or 2nd space.
Because
- 1) since its on app/paper/floor, it doesn’t need to be floating in your noggin’, and
- 2) it allows you to categorize, prioritize, and ___-ize it all.
Brain Dumping allows a space of clarity and soon to be understanding.

A brain dump is a personal productivity and mental health technique that involves comprehensively and uncritically writing or typing down all of the thoughts, tasks, and ideas swirling in one’s head onto an external medium. The primary goal is to clear mental clutter, reduce cognitive overload, and free up mental bandwidth for focus and clarity.
