Bend & Banter
A private session and a conversation series built on one belief: we are all multi-layered humans, made to move well, think wide, and be interested in more than one thing.
Private sessions
Come as you are, leave a little looser. We work through functional and assisted stretching tailored to your body, whether you’re on your feet all day, glued to a desk, a seasoned senior, or an athlete who thinks they’re already flexible.
And we talk. The banter is half the point: real conversation, a check-in, space to reset.
- Functional & assisted stretching, tailored to you
- Mobility & movement work
- Honest conversation, the banter
Sessions may be photographed or filmed for Bend & Banter’s social content. Prefer to stay off camera? Just say so, no problem at all. Read & sign the waiver →
Be a guest
Bend & Banter is a conversation series where I stretch with a guest while we talk about their world, the work, the craft, the life. You don’t perform; you just move and talk. Listen along or follow along.
The series spotlights men on purpose. Stretching is one of the most skipped foundations of male health, and the best conversations happen when two different worlds meet in one room. Bring your walk of life; leave with free exposure to a new audience.
- Any background, trades, tech, art, aviation, medicine, law
- No fitness experience needed, ever
- Your skill or craft, showcased to a new crowd

It started with a simple frustration: mobility is foundational to how well we live, and it’s the first thing everyone skips.
I’m a young Black woman who loves training, loves taking care of her body, and believes strength is only half the story. My real passion is mobility, the part of health that gets left on the back burner when it should be the base of everything, for the old and the young, for men and women alike.
Body & mind. Not one or the other, both, on purpose.
So I built Bend & Banter around two ideas at once. Body: that everyone, starting with the men who skip it most, should make stretching part of an ordinary day. Mind: that you can be creative and beautiful and logical and sharp. You’re allowed to be multiple things.
No certifications, no gatekeeping, no barrier to entry, just movement, honest talk, and the idea that we’re all more layered than the world gives us credit for.
Body & Mind
The whole premise, in two words. Everything here serves one or both.
Move like it matters
Mobility isn’t a warm-up you rush before the real thing. It is the real thing, the difference between a body that carries you and one that limits you. This is stretching made approachable enough that anyone, at any level, can start today.
Be more than one thing
You can do something creative, artistic, or beauty-based and still think in precise, logical ways: aviation, medicine, tech, law. The series exists to prove we’re multifaceted: interested in many things, caring for our bodies, expanding our minds.
Group stretch, brought to the people who need it most
The bodies that bend in extremes or sit locked in one spot for hours are the ones mobility serves most. The vision: bring Bend & Banter on-site, a shared stretch, a real conversation, a foundation built together.
